As an Accredited Ontological and Health Coach, I will support you to explore the underlying self-talk and feelings along with addressing the other challenges that can often derail you when you want to make positive changes to improve your health and wellbeing, and support you to develop strategies to stay on course. 


It’s very important to understand that you will always be in control. I will be here to encourage you, but ultimately, you’re the one making these changes — I’ll support you to stick to the goals you set and keep you accountable as you make positive steps in overcoming any challenges you might face.

Frequently asked questions.

  • How many sessions will I get? How long will they be, and what is the cost?

    Price will be dependent on the number of sessions you want to commit to. Our first 1/2 discovery session will be complimentary. 


    Packages of one hour sessions will be available.  It is important to remember that permanent change doesn’t happen overnight and committing to ongoing sessions will be important in helping you to succeed. Payment terms will be discussed during your discovery session.


    Prices for groups will be discussed during our initial discovery session.

  • Is this a lock-in contract?

    We understand that your circumstances change, so there’s no lock-in contract. However, we will ask you to read and sign an agreement document that outlines how we will work together. This will include information about cancellations and refunds.


  • How frequent are the sessions?

    Sessions are usually once a fortnight and then monthly if this works better for you or your group. If you’d like to meet more or less frequently, let us know. 

  • What can I expect from my discovery session?

    During our first session, we will talk about what has motivated you to take this first step and what you’d like to achieve by working with a coach. You will also have an opportunity to ask anything you would like to know about me. We will clarify expectations and talk about what the coaching approach involves

  • Can we meet in person and over Zoom?

    We can meet face-to-face if you’re based in Hobart and there’s a suitable venue available (this could even be the local café). Otherwise, all sessions can be done via Zoom — these sessions are available across Australia and New Zealand, at a time that works for us both. 

  • Can my partner and I do Live Whole coaching together?

    It is more usual for one person to work with a coach at one time, however, having a partner involved may be something that is worthwhile if you want to work on changes together. We could discuss this at our information session. Extra costs will apply in these circumstances
